Luz Boyero
Research Professor at the University of the Basque Country, Spain, where she leads a research team at the Stream Ecology Laboratory. She created GLoBE in 2006 and has coordinated global studies addressing latitudinal patterns of variation in leaf litter decomposition, detritivore diversity, plant quality, and diversity-decomposition relationships (the 'DecoDiv' study).
